Pricing + Services
Every writer has different needs, different budgets, and different productivity levels. With that in mind, I’ve designed three different coaching packages. Whether you’re writing a handful of pages a week, or a seasoned writer churning out words to meet a publishing deadline, I’ve got you covered.
If you’re someone who’s been struggling to finish any project you start, someone who’s worried about missing an upcoming publishing or self-pub deadline, or someone who’s just gotten stuck on a work in progress and don’t know how to reach “the end” on your own, fill out an inquiry form and let’s see if I’m the right fit for your coaching needs!
Monthly Coaching:
Package 1
$300 USD per month
4 Weekly submissions
Up to 2,500 words per submission.
1 beginning of program call (45 minutes) to make a plan for your coaching, see where you’re at, and highlight your largest concerns.
1 monthly phone call (60 minutes) to check in, brainstorm, answer any questions and keep you on track.

$500 USD per month
4 Weekly submissions.
Up to 5,000 words per submission.
1 beginning of program call (45 minutes) to make a plan for your coaching, see where you’re at, and highlight your largest concerns.
2 monthly phone calls (60 minutes each) to check in, brainstorm, answer any questions and keep you on track.

$700 USD per month

Up to 7,500 words per submission.

4 monthly phone calls (one per week, 60 minutes each) to check in, brainstorm, answer any questions and keep you on track.

VIP Coaching

Customized programs specifically tailored to each writer
Unlimited access to your coach
Unlimited email, text, and phone support.
Differs from general coaching in that the VIP option is a fully immersive coaching experience. Step-by-step guidance, while writing your book with immense feedback and access outside of regular coaching parameters. (For the “I need lots of help” or “I need this book done FAST” crowds.)
Other Services:
Query Package
$100.00 USD ($175 for query and 2 page synopsis)
Includes:
Two passes on a standard one page query letter
Summary of what’s working and what’s not
One 30 minute call (Phone or Zoom) to answer any questions you may have about your query notes, or about the query process in general.
Full/Partial Manuscript edits
$.035 cents per word. Edit cost varies by project.
Includes:
Full in-line developmental notes of your entire project
An edit letter summarizing big picture notes and places for possible improvement
One 45 minute call, post-edit, to discuss any questions you may have about your project or how/whether to implement changes. (Optional)
Edit Letter
$.020 cents per word. Edit cost varies by project.
Includes:
One read through of your entire manuscript
Detailed edit letter (5-10 pages) breaking down character development, opening/ending of your novel, dialogue, plot progression, voice, and any large consistency concerns for your entire novel. (No in-line notes are included with this service.)
One 45 minute call, post edit letter delivery to discuss any questions you may have.
*** Any non-monthly editing services require a deposit payment (half the cost of the edit) paid at scheduling in order to book you into my schedule. This deposit is non-refundable, but if for any reason you need to cancel your edit before it begins, I’d be happy to reallocate your deposit toward any of our other services. The remainder of your edit balance is due once the edit has been completed, before it is returned to you.
Plotting Call
Plotting Call/Zoom- $85/ 40 minutes
Don’t want the notes or the coaching, but still struggling to plot your story? Are you struggling with how to wrap up the plot you’ve constructed? Or maybe just want to bounce some errant ideas off someone? I can help with that! Zoom (with recordings) or phone call, whichever is preferred.
